Below are the details regarding our UW institutional access to ACC CardioSource Plus.

This includes individual access to multiple board prep and curricular materials, such as reading materials, case studies, and study questions.  Educational material is provided through self-assessment programs for general cardiology (ACCSAP), heart failure (HFSAP), EPSAP, EchoSAP, and CathSAP. There is also access to Cardiac CT and Nuclear Meetings on Demand programs.

  2. If you already have a CardioSource account (i.e. ACC login), use your login and password as usual.

  3. If you do not already have a CardioSource account, create a new, free account.

  4. If you land on an ACCSAP website offering an option to “Buy ACCSAP” or “Launch ACCSAP,” select “Launch ACCSAP.”  One the next page, select “Login”

  5. If you select “My Courses,” you can choose any of the self-assessment programs offered.  As you finish test modules, you are able to claim CME and ABIM MOC credit.  Be cognizant of the dates of expiration for credits as relevant to your practice.

  6. Access to these materials does not cover certification through the Collaborative Maintenance Pathway (CMP).  If you have elected ACCSAP for CMP certification through ABIM, you can still utilize the materials, but have to purchase individual access to ACCSAP.
